The owners of Sērragi acquired the property in the summer of 2015 from the heirs of Pēteris Ilvess, the Mērsrags Lighthouse keeper (1865-1934). With respect for history, the landscape, and nature values, after thoughtful consideration, "Sērragi" – named after the historic property name – opened its doors as a holiday home in the summer of 2024. Produced in Latvia at the “Dores” factory, these homes are designed to be modern, sustainable, and enduring, supporting not only health and quality of life but also an eco-friendly lifestyle.
Serragi is a trio of homes, connected by terraces while ensuring privacy, tastefully decorated and fully equipped, located just 50 meters from the seashore.
Each home includes two bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, equipped kitchen, a shower, a WC, and a terrace. The homes are stylishly and uniquely decorated.
Upon entering the gated area, parking is available along the left side of the fence.
Just 300 meters down the street is Mērsrags’ white sandy beach and the lighthouse.
Sērragi offers everything needed for a simple and comfortable stay, letting you to enjoy the closeness of the sea, whether on scorching summer days, in cooler weather, or even on frosty winter days, with the cozy warmth of a fireplace stove. Furry friends are warmly welcomed.

A 300 meter walk down the street is the sandy beach of Mersrags, which is suitable for those who enjoy both peaceful or active recreation.
The place of Sērragi is suitable for every nature lover. There is a birdwatching tower, Mērsrags lighthouse and a forest nearby. Lake Engure is 15 km away.
The backyard and the cottages are equipped so that guests can relax in Sērragi without leaving. There are also several cafes in Mērsrags and famous restaurants in Engure, 20 km away.
Interconnected with terraces, but at the same time ensuring privacy the homes are tastefully decorated and fully equipped. There are parking lots for cars in the yard and a shared shed with extra firewood at cost and cleaning supplies.
From road P131, turn towards the Mērsraga Lighthouse. Upon reaching Bākas Street 47A, enter the gated property. If the gates are closed, open them and fix aigainst wind. The gates may remain open during your stay. Please park your car on the left side along the fence.

Homes are available for a period of no less than 2 nights, the maximum time is not set. A 10% discount is applied to reservations for a period of one week.
Private terrace, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, induction cooker, dishwasher, kettle, capsule coffee machine, dishes. There is a fireplace in the living room and a barbecue in the yard. Firewood is available in the shared shed (a lap of firewood 5 eur), cleaning supplies.
A cot, high chair, baby bath and changing table are available upon prior request.
There is a spacious yard, but the children's playground is still to come.
Furry friends are welcome. However, the maximum number of pets per home is two. An additional cleaning fee of 10 euros is applied for each pet.
If you book the home through the Airbnb platform, then the cancellation terms of that platform apply.
If you book the cabin by emailing serragi47a@gmail.com, a 50% prepayment is required, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
There is a parking space for cars in the yard. Please park your car on the left side along the fence.
The waste storage is located next to the shared shed. There is a waste container for household waste, separate boxes for glass and deposit containers.
